BOOKING POLICY

To confirm your reservation for the 2 Days Sacred Valley with Machu Picchu by Train tour with Peru Bucket List, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking, no later than 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

No-Shows & Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the activity (before 4:00 PM – Peru time) will incur a 30% administrative fee, covering operational and logistical expenses.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior will incur a 45% administrative fee.

Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, with no exceptions.

Should you require documentation for insurance purposes, we will gladly provide an official letter to support your claim for reimbursement of eligible expenses.

Regarding train tickets, any request for refund or rescheduling must be processed directly by the passenger at the corresponding train company office. Such procedures are subject to the train operator’s policies, availability, and potential fare differences or additional charges. Peru Bucket List assumes no responsibility for surcharges imposed by third-party providers.


Changes

Any request to modify the tour date must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM (Peru time), two (2) days prior to the scheduled tour date.

Please note that any date change is also subject to the availability of a new Machu Picchu entrance ticket. Entrance tickets are non-modifiable once issued, in accordance with regulations and conditions established by the Peruvian government.

Additionally, train services are subject to availability. Any changes may incur additional fees imposed by the private train operators.

Participants are strongly advised to spend at least one full day in Cusco prior to the tour to adjust to high altitude and enjoy the experience comfortably.

This is a shared tour experience. You may be joined by other travelers booking the same program, creating a diverse and social group environment.

Meals Included:
This tour includes lunch during the Sacred Valley tour and breakfast on the second day before departing for Machu Picchu.
