The Golden Shadow Trek is one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the Paracas National Reserve. Located above dramatic ocean cliffs, it offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and becomes especially beautiful during sunset when the cliffs glow with golden colors.

During peak holiday periods such as Holy Week (April 6–9) and July 28–30 (Peru’s Independence Day celebrations), pick-up times will be one hour earlier than usual to avoid traffic and ensure a smooth day.

On these dates, the Ballestas Islands boat tour will have a duration of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (all operators), and the dune buggy & sandboarding experience in Huacachina will last about 1 hour (all operators). In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, social unrest, force majeure events, or other unforeseen situations — Peru Bucket List reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the activity for safety and operational reasons.

In such cases:

• Clients will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
• Alternative options may be offered where feasible.
• Refunds will be issued only when applicable and in accordance with the refund terms stated above.

Peru Bucket List shall not be liable for additional expenses incurred by clients as a result of such circumstances.
