Cancellations & No-Shows:

Connectivity:
Please be advised that this tour takes place in the Peruvian Amazon, where internet access is extremely limited and Wi-Fi connectivity may be very poor or unavailable.
Pick-up & Drop-off:
Pickup service is available from the Puerto Maldonado Airport and from hostels or hotels located near downtown Puerto Maldonado. If your accommodation is outside this area, we will contact you to confirm the designated pickup point.
At the end of the tour, we will return you to your accommodation or, if you have a connecting flight, conclude the tour directly at the airport.
