Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made at least one (1) day before the tour, prior to 5:00 pm (Peru time), are subject to a 20% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made after 5:00 pm (Peru time) or failure to appear (no-show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no exceptions.

Changes:

  • Any changes to the tour date must be requested no later than 5:00 pm (Peru time), one (1) day prior to the tour date.

This is a shared tour. You may be joined by other travelers who have booked the same experience, resulting in a diverse group of participants.

Meals Included:
The tour package includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners. Vegetarian and vegan meal options are available upon request.

Accommodation:
Solo travelers will be accommodated with another guest of the same gender, either in twin rooms or shared dormitories, depending on availability and lodge configuration. Accommodation is provided in a comfortable jungle lodge with a rustic Amazon atmosphere.

Service Level:
This tour operates as a Standard Service, offering comfortable accommodations, reliable services, and authentic Amazon experiences.

Connectivity:
Disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature in one of the most remote regions of the Peruvian Amazon.

Pick-up & Drop-off:
Pickup service is available from the Iquitos Airport and from hostels or hotels located near downtown Iquitos. If your accommodation is outside this area, we will contact you to confirm the designated pickup point.
At the end of the tour, we will return you to your accommodation or, if you have a connecting flight, we can conveniently drop you off at the airport instead.
