2-Days Lake Titicaca Tour: Uros, Amantani & Taquile Islands

This tour includes the Uros Floating Islands, an overnight homestay on Amantani Island, and a guided visit to Taquile Island — the three most iconic islands of Lake Titicaca.

The tour starts in Puno with hotel pickup included. All boat transportation and island transfers are organized for a stress-free experience.

Accommodation is basic but clean and authentic. The homestay experience is designed for cultural immersion rather than luxury comfort.

The tour is easy to moderate. There are short walks and an optional uphill hike on Amantani Island for sunset views. No technical experience is required.

Bring warm clothing (temperatures drop at night), sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, and cash for small local purchases.

No-Shows & Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the activity (before 4:00 PM – Peru time) will incur a 20% administrative fee, covering operational and logistical expenses.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior will incur a 22% administrative fee.

Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Regarding bus ticket, any request for refund or rescheduling must be processed directly by the passenger at the corresponding bus company office. Such procedures are subject to the bus ’s policies, availability, and potential fare differences or additional charges. Peru Bucket List assumes no responsibility for surcharges imposed by third-party providers.

Changes

Any request to modify the tour date must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM (Peru time), two (2) days prior to the scheduled tour date.

Please note that any date bus change services are subject to availability. Any changes may incur additional fees imposed by the private bus operators.

Where a refund is applicable:

• Refunds will be processed exclusively through the original booking platform or via PayPal.

• Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms (including payment gateways and booking systems) may apply transaction or processing fees.

• Peru Bucket List is not responsible for, nor does it assume, any additional charges, currency exchange differences, or transaction fees imposed by such platforms.

Additionally, all approved refunds are subject to a 22% administrative and tax processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

By confirming a reservation, the client expressly accepts these conditions and any associated deductions.

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, social unrest, force majeure events, or other unforeseen situations — Peru Bucket List reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the activity for safety and operational reasons.

In such cases:

• Clients will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
• Alternative options may be offered where feasible.
• Refunds will be issued only when applicable and in accordance with the refund terms stated above.

Peru Bucket List shall not be liable for additional expenses incurred by clients as a result of such circumstances.
