Cancellations

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity (before 5:00 PM Peru time, one day before the tour) are eligible for a refund, subject to a 22% administrative fee.

• Cancellations made after 5:00 PM (Peru time) one day prior to the tour, or failure to appear (no-show), will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no exceptions.

Changes

Any request to modify the tour date must be submitted before 5:00 PM (Peru time), one day prior to the scheduled activity, and is subject to availability.

All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing to: contact@perubucketlist.com

Requests are considered valid only once confirmed in writing by Peru Bucket List.

1. Add-Ons

1.1 Optional round-trip transportation is available for an additional fee.
1.2 Participation in any add-on services constitutes acceptance of the associated terms and conditions.

2. Pick-Up Procedure

2.1 Guests must be ready and waiting at the main entrance of their accommodation at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
2.2 Peru Bucket List is not responsible for missed transportation due to late arrivals. Such services are non-refundable.

3. Transportation Disclaimer

3.1 Pickup and drop-off services are provided by third-party operators.
3.2 Peru Bucket List is not responsible for any delays, accidents, or interruptions during transit.
3.3 By using these services, guests agree to assume all associated risks.

4. Itinerary Adjustments

4.1 Access to certain locations, including the Plaza de Armas, may be restricted due to public events, protests, or official closures.
4.2 Peru Bucket List reserves the right to modify the itinerary and provide alternative routes or viewpoints whenever possible.

5. Availability & Capacity

5.1 During high-demand periods, group sizes or access to specific sites may be limited.
5.2 Advance booking is strongly recommended, especially around:

• Easter
• Mother’s/Father’s Day
• Labor Day (May 1)
• Fiestas Patrias (July 28)
• Halloween
• Christmas & New Year

6. Participant Responsibility

6.1 Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for the tour.
6.2 Peru Bucket List cannot be held liable for medical incidents or injuries occurring during the experience.

7. Insurance

7.1 Travel insurance is not included.
7.2 Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive personal coverage for illness, injury, or trip interruptions.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Peru Bucket List reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to extreme weather, civil unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
8.2 Guests will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or refunds when applicable.

• Comfortable walking ability is required, as the tour includes short urban walks between food stops
• Please inform us in advance about food allergies or dietary restrictions
• Vegetarian options may be available upon request. However, traditional Peruvian cuisine widely incorporates meats, seafood, and dairy products, so vegetarian alternatives may be limited depending on the tasting locations selected. We strongly recommend notifying us ahead of time so we can adapt the experience as much as possible to your dietary needs.
• Not recommended for travelers with severe food allergies without prior coordination

Where a refund is applicable:

• Refunds will be processed exclusively through the original booking platform or via PayPal.

• Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms (including payment gateways and booking systems) may apply transaction or processing fees.

• Peru Bucket List is not responsible for, nor does it assume, any additional charges, currency exchange differences, or transaction fees imposed by such platforms.

Additionally, all approved refunds are subject to a 22% administrative and tax processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

By confirming a reservation, the client expressly accepts these conditions and any associated deductions.
